Diesel-Electric Engine Set

Revolving field, single bearing, brushless, direct drive centrifugal blower.
Class F insulation system per NEMA MGI-I.65 and BS 2757. The insulation systems, per Classes F and H, are impregnated for operation in severe environments where salt fog and chemical.
Rotor: Dynamically balanced assembly, direct coupled to engine by a flexible drive disc complete amortisseur winding to help minimize voltage deviation and hunting effect resulted from single phase application on unbalanced loads.

Voltage stability regulation: From no load to full load the voltage difference will notexceed ±1%.
Voltage adjustable range: ±5% of rated voltage.
Frequency variation: will not exceed ±0.5%。of its mean value for constant load.
Frequency stability regulation: From no load to full load，frequency variation shall be:
A. Less than 5%(Engine with mechanical governor)
B. Less than 1%(Engine with electric governor).
Transient voltage variation: Generator set is equipped with automatic voltage regulator when the load decreases suddenly from full load to no load in the operation under rated speed，rated voltage condition, the voltage leap of the terminals shall not exceed 30% of the rated voltage and shall restore to+/-2.5% of the rated voltage within 2 seconds. (+/-3% of the rated voltage if the generator set is for standby use) When the load increases suddenly from no load to 67% of the rated current at 0.4 power factor, the voltage dip of the terminals shall not exceed 25% of the rated voltage and restore to +/-2.5% of the rated voltage within 2 secondss.
‧ Waveform Distortion: Less than 6%.
‧ Harmonic Distortion: Less than 6%.
‧ Telephone Influence Factor: Less than 50 per NEMA MGI-22.43.
