  • The Labor Pension Reserve Funds:
    CHEM's Employees' Retirement System is in compliance with the Article 53, 54 from Labor Standards Act and Article 47 for CHEM's Work Rules Reference Handbook. A worker may apply for voluntary retirement or the Company may choose the enforced retirement. The appropriation on the labor pension reserve funds is executed in compliance with the Article 56 of Labor Standards Act, 10% of  the total monthly wages of  employees is deposited in a designated trust property account at Bank of Taiwan. The labor pension reserve funds is then appropriated to retirees according to the regulation of Article 55 of Labor Standards Act. For employees choosing “the New Labor Pension Act,” the Company appropriates 6% of the total monthly wages to the employee's personal pension account at Bureau of Labor Insurance, Ministry of Labor.
