- Due to the global market demand for precision machine tooling, CHEM formed a Machine Tooling Division which utilized CHEM's expertise in precision machining to produce large-scale gantry type five-axis machine tools.
- CHEM received an award from the 11th Public Construction Golden Quality Awards for the wind power generator sets installed at Wang-Gong (Changhua), Datan II, and Huxi (Penghu).
- CHEM received the Evergreen Business Excellence Award from Taoyuan County Government for 55 years of excellence in local business.

- CHEM's Machine Tooling Division received a market development grant from the MOEA's Industrial Development Bureau for development of high-speed, high-precision five-axis gantry machining tools.
- The Hydrogen Energy R&D Center received a research grant from the MOEA's Department of Industrial Technology for development of key components of weather-resistant and non-humidification fuel cell stacks.
- CHEM signed strategic partnership with leading fuel cell manufacturer Ballard Power Systems.

- The Engineering & Construction Division received subsidy from the MOEA's Industrial Development Bureau under the leading product development program for development of packaged air-conditioning units for data centers.
- CHEM was selected as a Potential Mittlestand by the Ministry of Economic Affairs in the 2nd Potential Taiwan Mittlestand Awards.

- CHEM formed a joint venture called Nomura Chung-Hsin Machinery Corporation with Nomura Machine Tool Works, Ltd. to manufacture horizontal boring & milling machines in Taiwan.
- CHEM acquired H2PT, Inc. with the aim to obtain advanced technology and crucial patents for development of fuel cell products.

- CHEM received a Distinguished Excellence Award for the installation of power plant generation equipment and auxiliary equipment of the Phase II reconstruction project of Qinshan Branch of the Dajia River Power Plant.
- CHEM received a Supreme Quality Award from the Chinese Institute of Engineers.
- Adhering to the principles of integrity in business operations, honestly issuing uniform invoices, abiding by the law to pay taxes, and contributing to the national treasury's tax revenue, CHEM was awarded the Outstanding Business Operator Award for Uniform Invoices by the Ministry of Finance in 2015.

- CHEM received an Excellence Award from the 16th Public Construction Golden Quality Awards in the Facilities category for the 345kV GIS & accessory equipment project under the Linkou New Thermal Power Plant Renewal and Expansion Plan.

- The Dongji Island Microgrid Power Supply System Project in Penghu was granted the Silver Award in the Smart Grid category of the 2017 Energy Smart Communities Initiative (ESCI) Best Practices Awards.
- CHEM formed a strategic alliance with Toyota Tsusho from Japan, with Toyota Tsusho being the exclusive distributor of fuel cell products in Japan.
- CHEM received an Excellence Award from the 17th Public Construction Golden Quality Awards in the Facilities category for the Linkou new thermal power plant 345kV GIS & accessory equipment project.

- The new Tree Valley factory (Tainan) was completed and acted as the main production base of vacuum chamber products such as semiconductors, displays, and solar energy equipment.
- The Construction Project of Power Generator Units 9 and 10 at Kinmen Tashan Power Plant, designed with the concept of green environmental protection and introducing the concept of circular economy, won a High Distinction Award 2018 from Taiwan Power Company ("Taipower") in the Green Environmental Excellent Site Evaluation.

- CHEM received an Excellence Award from the 19th Annual Public Construction Golden Quality Awards for the Chang-Kong (III) and Yong-Hsin Wind Power Substation Engineering Project.
- CHEM won the contract for the construction and 20 years' operation and maintenance of the 216MW Solar Energy Power Plant from TaiSugar.
- CHEM's smart grid project for Area 2 of Hsin-Long Public Housing won a Gold Award in the Smart Grid category of the 4th APEC Energy Smart Communities Initiative Best Practices Awards Program.
- CHEM received a Gold Award from Chunghwa Telecom in the 2019 "Best Partnership as Suppliers in Sustainability."

- The Renewable Energy Group received a NT$65 million subsidy for the High Performance Liquid Cooled Fuel Cell Stack And Key Technology Development Project in the A+ Industrial Innovation R&D Program under the MOEA's Industrial Technology Foresight Research Program.
- CHEM received the 2020 National Architecture Gold Award for excellence in floor planning, design and construction quality in residential/commercial buildings for the "Dunnan Palace - Urban Renewal Project."

- CHEM's engineering projects of 69kV switchyards in Eastern Taiwan (東部發電廠銅門、龍澗機之69kV開關場修復工程案) for Taipower won an Excellence Award in the Facilities category at the 21st Public Construction Golden Quality Awards.
- The Solar Power Generation Engineering Program in Qigu of Tainan, with a maximum power generation of 216MW and expected to generate over 300 million kW per year, was the largest ground-mounted solar power plant in Taiwan.

2022

- CHEM's engineering project of new 161kV switchyards at Datan and Linkou Power Plants (大潭電廠增建燃氣複循環機組發電計劃大潭及林口電廠增設161kV開關場統包工程) won a Distinguished Excellence Award in the Facilities category at the 22nd Public Construction Golden Quality Awards.
- CHEM's Nanke plant was named by Applied Materials, Inc. (AMAT) as the Best in Class Performance in 2022, making CHEM the only Taiwan supplier recognized with such an honor in AMAT's display business.
- CHEM's hydrogen energy division successfully developed container-type power generation and hydrogen-powered vehicles including two-wheeled, three-wheeled, and four-wheeled models. Additionally, it rented a 4,000-ping factory at the Hwaya Industrial Park and invested nearly NT$200 million to establish a hydrogen energy mass production base.

- CHEM received an Excellence Award in each of the Design and Facilities categories (for the project of installation of additional 161kV switchyard equipment at Datan and Linkou Power Plants under the Expansion Plan for Gas-Fired Combined Cycle Power Generation Units at Datan Power Plant) and a Special Contribution Award (for winning an award in consecutive years) at the 23rd Public Construction Golden Quality Awards.
- CHEM was selected by Business Weekly as one of the Top 100 Carbon Competitiveness Companies.
- CHEM received a Gold Award from Chunghwa Telecom in the 2023 "Best Partnership as Suppliers in Sustainability."
- In view of increasing demand for power equipment as a result of the national power grid strengthening plan, CHEM purchased a factory and 2,000 ping of land at Taoyuan Hi-Tech Industrial Park and a factory and 10,850 ping of land at Machohou, Chiayi.

- CHEM received an Excellence Award and a Special Contribution Award at the Public Construction Golden Quality Awards respectively for the engineering project for 345/161kV SCADA protection and auxiliary power equipment under the Hsinta Power Plant's gas-fired unit retrofit plan and for receiving an award for five consecutive years.
- AI-driven automation was implemented to boost process efficiency, including automated welding, AI-powered customer service, and use of electronic tablets to assist with incoming material inspection and positioning, and generation of quality control inspection reports.
- The Chiayi plant was renovated to serve as the southern power supply production base, increasing production capacity by 20%.
- Annual consolidated revenue reached a record high of NT$25.6 billion, with EPS at NT$7.33 and dividends of NT$4.6 per share.
- CHEM received the "Happy Enterprise" Award from Taiwan's 1111 Job Bank for three consecutive years.
