To achieve the Company’s sustainable development goals, including environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance, the Company established the Sustainability Development Committee under the Board of Directors pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Directors on August 11, 2026 in order to strengthen the functions and management mechanisms of the Board of Directors. Pursuant to Article 4 of the Company’s Regulations Governing the Organization of the Sustainability Development Committee, the Chairman serves as the convener and chairperson of the Committee, and the President serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer.
