CHEM's energy management system (sEAC) was given the Outstanding IT Application & Product Award during the 2009 IT Month event and has the following features:

  • Central control center continuously monitoring operating status of air conditioning main unit and performing optimization settings in real time.

  • Establishing baseline to verify energy saving rates.

  • AC unit demand control (automatic shutdown to avoid overload)

  • Automated warning

  • Value-added service: setting optimal contract capacity, improving power factors, and providing recommendations.
