Tachiachi power plant Chingshan branch power plant has installed 4 units of vertical Francis turbine generator, with low noise and high efficiency. The units are manufactured by MELCO, Japan and installed/tested by CHEM. The rated capacity of turbine is 96,238 kW per unit, higher than the value required by Contract (93,900 kW per unit). The rated capacity of generator is 105,000 kVA per unit, higher than the value required by Contract (102,300 kVA per unit). The efficiency is 2.64% higher.
