Work Scope:
Generator set design, manufacturing, assembly, inspection and testing, the emergency power supply area being the critical power for the life-support system in the Zhongzheng Building.
Specifications:
1. Trailer type soundproof 300kw 380/220v 0.8pf 60hz 1,800rpm.
2. Manufacturing standards: NEMA, CNS, ISO, and IEC standards, and CHT diesel engine power generator equipment specification: electric material 5002-10.
3. Water cooled, 4-stroke, 6-cylinder diesel engine, especially designed for generators, along with its accessories.
4. Generator with a single-bearing design, an IP21 enclosure, self-ventilated cooling, Class H insulation and Class B temperature rise, insulation and dielectric strength test meeting NEMA MG1-22 standards.
5. Soundproof enclosure made of SS400 1.6mm thickness steel plate, with surface treatment and lined with noise-absorbing, flame-retardant materials and porous plate, noise level of 85dBA/1m.
6. Sturdy, shock-resistant and waterproof trailer, capable of supporting weight of generators during transport and operation and driving and moving through rugged mountain roads.
