The Power Project Division was established from July, 2002. It devoted to be the best turnkey contractor of power generation and substation project. The greatest advantages that we have are the capability of complete project planning, system integration, construction management mesh resources and the resource integration as well as control of the upstream and downstream resources, which make CHEM becomes the outstanding company in the power generation and substation engineering field. To reduce the global warming effect, we will continue to devote in the renewable energy area in the future. Its estimated that the project will be implemented in near five years is around NTD 2.8~3.5 billion per year in the power generation and substation project.
In regard to the substation project, there were 20 substation turnkey projects had been contracted and completed, including one Secondary substation project, seventeen Primary distribution substation projects and two EHV( extra high voltage ) substation projects. The total accumulated project price is approximately NTD 9.8 billion. The total installed capacity is 6,590MVA, 189bays of 161kV GIS, 8bays of 69kV GIS, 858 bays of 23kV GIS. Each substation project was completed by the shortest schedule and best quality, accordingly out service quality and performance has given favorable comments by Taiwan Power Company either design department or supervision department.
