In response to the demand for power system equipment renewal in the off-grid/offshore islands, CHEM’s Engineering Division was awarded the contract for the renewal and replacement of Units 3 & 4 of Taiwan Power Company's Power Plants in Lanyu Island and Green Island. Due to the excellent quality of the construction work and the emphasis on occupational safety and health, and our implementation throughout the entire project, CHEM was awarded first place for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024, in the evaluation of the TEPCO General Construction Department's Outstanding Contractors in Occupational Safety and Health. CHEM was awarded the first place in the competition as the best contractor in occupational safety and health performance by the Taipower General Construction Division.
