The business scopes not only include after service for the equipment, but it also contains cleaning, fire safety, instrument control, administration, and apartment building management. In response to diverse market change, the business unit becomes Wha-Dun Apartment Building Management Ltd, which provides office buildings, market /building, factories, shopping centers, airports, Taipei Arena, MRT stations of property management and building management services. In order to increase the quality and management service level, Wha-Dun develops a centralization center in CHEM Group’s headquartered to ensure and monitor the current on-going project and to provide the real-time supports.
