New Employee Training

New employee will participate an orientation, within 3 months arranged by personnel department, which includes company briefing, personal requirements, and learning polices of quality & environments. New employee will be trained by their department about the requirement of safety & sanitary according to their related procedure or standard.

On-the-job Training includes three parts

  • Management Training

  • Department Vocational Training

  • Self Development Training

Employee who pass 「the nation technical personnel higher test」 and 「the national techniquemaster skill examination」, will be encouraged by reward bounty.
