‧ | New Employee Training: |
| New employee will participate an orientation, within 3 months arranged by personnel |
| department, which includes company briefing, personal requirements, and learning polices of |
| quality & environments. New employee will be trained by their department about the |
| requirement of safety & sanitary according to their related procedure or standard. |

| ‧ | On-the-job Training includes three parts: |
| Management Training |
| Department Vocational Training |
| Self Development Training |

| ‧ | Employee who pass 「the nation technical personnel higher test」 and 「the national |
| techniquemaster skill examination」, will be encouraged by reward bounty. |
| |
